Eco-agriculture farms are organic, biodynamic, or using other sustainable methods. These ecological farms near San Miguel de Allende make it possible for us to get wholesome foods at our local stores and restaurants. Several also have small tiendas at the farm.

Casa Luna's ranch produces organic, sustainable foods for their cooking classes and events. Herb and vegetable gardens include greenhouses for year-round production. Chickens are free-range. Composting of food waste from Casa Luna's B&Bs includes vermicomposting.

Toyan is a certified organic farm with a goal of self-sufficiency. Animals receive only organic feed produced at the farm and manure from their flock of sheep is used to make their own compost. Their produce is available throughout Mexico and from a small tienda at the farm.
